Wootton Fields, Northamptonshire

Gallagher Developments is promoting land to the east of Wooldale Road, Northampton for circa 1,750 homes alongside education, healthcare, retail and open space facilities.

The site is located approximately 4.5km south-east of Northampton town centre and is well-located in terms of access to the A45 and M1.

The site forms part of a draft allocation in the emerging West Northamptonshire Strategic Plan and promotion of the site is ongoing.
